Cancellation Policy
Transfer reservations can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the pickup time. Hotel and accommodation reservations are subject to different service providers' cancellation policies. Cancellation terms vary depending on the service type and season.
Refund Process
After cancellation is confirmed, the refund is made to the original card used for payment within 5-10 business days. If payment was made by cash or bank transfer, the refund is completed via bank transfer within 5-10 business days.
Refund Conditions
The consumer has the right to a full refund if cancellation is made within the specified period. No refund is available after the service has been used or after the free cancellation period has expired. Exceptions: Non-refundable reservations and peak season special offers.
Special Cases
In case of cancellations due to force majeure (weather conditions, airport closures, etc.), an alternative is offered or a full refund is provided. Quality complaints are evaluated on an individual basis. In case of any issue, the support team should be contacted within 48 hours.

Booking Modifications
Transfer reservations can be modified free of charge 12 hours before the appointment. Hotel reservation modifications are subject to provider availability. Confirmed tour reservations cannot be modified; cancellation and new booking are required.
