The services offered include hotel reservations, passenger transfer services between airports and destinations, professional guiding services, tour operations, and related support services.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are shown in Euro or the relevant local currency and include taxes. The total amount is confirmed before the payment step. Payment methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, and digital wallet applications.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
Transfer reservations can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the pickup time. Hotel and accommodation reservations are subject to the service provider's cancellation conditions. For tour services, no refund is provided after 48 hours from the start of the tour.
Buyer's Obligations
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete reservation information. Checking reservation details before payment is the buyer's responsibility. Services should only be used for legitimate purposes.
